1.1 To make a purchase you must select the size and the color you want, and click on “Add to basket”.

1.2 On the next page you can see the details of your purchase. You can choose to buy it or add more items to the basket

1.3 Once you have added to your basket all the items you want to purchase, you must enter your personal data (1), choose the payment method (2) and check your purchase (3). Remember to confirm our privacy policy.

If you have a discount coupon, you must enter it in the field “Promo Code” and click on “Apply coupon”. Make sure your code has been applied on the invoice (3) before making the purchase; because once you finished buying we won't be able to apply your coupon.

IMPORTANT:We recommend you to keep the order number that is displayed on screen once you have finished your order. We will need it to help you more quickly if you have any questions.

Order numbers has 6 numbers. They start with an N (N000000) If your order contains multiple items, each one will have a different ending (Format N000000-0X-X).

You can see your order number once you have finished your purchase, accessing to your user account (only for registered users), or searching it in the CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE email.

Once you have finished your purchase, you must see on the screen a confirmation message showing your order number.

In a few minutes you should receive confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive it please contact us (we recommend that you check the Spam folder).

All you have to do is click on the MY ACCOUNT icon you'll find on the header of modalia.com

You must click on “I WANT TO REGISTER AS A USER” and fill all the required fields. Next, you will receive an e-mail. Click on the link of the e-mail and your username will be automatically activated. Now you can access to your account.

To access on subsequent occasions, simply do 'click' on MY account and complete the fields on “I'M ALREADY REGISTERED”.

Don’t worry, go to “MY ACCOUNT” and click on “Forgot your Password?” We will send you an e-mail with the information to access again.

You’re not at home when your order arrives? Don’t worry, the courier makes more than one delivery attempt. Also we will write you in order to arrange a new delivery.

To modify or cancel an order you must contact with us.

1. Size, model and colour: to request a modification of the characteristics, you must do it on the first 24 hours since you have finished your order. Otherwise, your order could be on the way and we couldn’t assure the delivery time.

2. The delivery address: You can change the delivery address at any time, but this may delay the delivery process in one day.

3. Cancel: You can cancel your order whenever you want. If you paid by Credit Card or Paypal, we will refund you the amount within a period of 7 working days after the item is returned to store.

If you made your order through your account you can request the return login into your account. We will contact to you within 24-48 business hours.

If you didn’t register as a user to make the purchase, you should contact us writing to info@modalia.co.uk and we will contact to you within 24- 48 business hours. In this e-mail you must indicate to us the return option you want:

1. Return on your own (without cost)

2. Request a courier to pick up the item in the address you want. (15€ cost).

If you notice your order has arrived with a defect, or does not correspond with the product you bought, we will need some photographs to see the defect in your product. You can send the photographs to info@modalia.com

¡Remember! You have 14 days since the day you received the item, to request the return.

Our website is integrated in real time with more than 100 stores all over Spain, so it may happen that the same item you are buying on-line is sold in the physical store.

In any case, this is exceptional and does not usually happen, but if it happens, we will refund you the money within a period of 48 working hours.

In modalia.com, we manage more than 30.000 articles/items daily and, although it is not common, errors might appear. In this case, we wouldn’t be able to serve any item at 0€ (this would probably be due to an error of the systems). We would try to sort out as soon as possible.
